During my Xmas stay, I really liked the warm and friendly service provided by the staff. They were not only welcoming to dogs but also went the extra mile to make our stay exceptional. Another aspect I appreciated was the excellent breakfast and dinner options available.
I found a few minor issues during my stay. there were some missing amenities in the room such as a towel rail in the bathroom and additional hangers.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy inn. The location was perfect, with shops and attractions just a short walk away. The family room I was upgraded to was spacious and comfortable, and despite the busy bar/restaurant, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even providing insider tips on hidden gems to explore. The breakfast was delicious and the beds were so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep each time I stayed. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and excellent service.
